I hated going to those sites because I always felt demotivated. I just need to drag you there because I need to bring at least 10 people. And so I went to my first one. I think a lot of people go through this. I just draft in the blog and then on Sunday, Id edit it for like an hour and then Id post it on Monday. Whereas the business people, theyre hunting for jobs like starting from freshman year because they said its very competitive and its the same roles for a lot of people and I fell into that competitive loop. Knowing when its worth it and when its not is one of the most difficult aspects of being a founder. For me, I didnt want to do that. Unless youre a super genius, its impossible not to get rejected. So its within the school itself. So yes, Ive gotten rejections and I think that really hardened me up the first couple of weeks. The true story is that its found a by-product thats far more interesting, as the companys founder and CEO, Preethi Kasireddy explained to Decrypt. I didnt take any finance classes. So its not only like an interesting view into Hack reactor, its also very good introduction to a lot of these cutting edge JavaScript tools as well.
